Act with integrity, represent the views of the community and work collaboratively at all times with councillors and the management team. 

 

Apply the highest standards in governance, learned from multiple Board roles and the AICD

 

Allocate funds responsibly, and oversee financial management with robust controls and measures of success in place.

Manage Public Spaces

Continue to preserve the heritage and character of our neighbourhood

Responsible and transparent planning decisions which avoid over-development, and balance population growth with community housing needs

 

Maximise the availability of open space, parks and gardens

Continuous evaluation and improvement of the services delivered by council, with a focus on value for money
